  Finally had to admit to myself, that I needed help with my diet, and fitness. My other issue was, that I didn't want to be in a big gym setting. Finding Angel, and Lift personal training studio is the best thing that has happen to me. Her knowledge is vast, and she is one of the most caring people I have ever met. She is not your trainer, she is your friend. She is willing to start with you from the very being, not making you feel like you are out of place. Showing you meal plans, workout plans, and how to workout. She has changed my life.
